BEFORE registering. Please do not register until you have received a reply from IATSO. Being a full time student means that your main job is studying and you either do not work or you work primarily to afford your living as a student. IATSO offers student discounts in order to make it possible for students to attend the conference they would not or hardly be able to afford otherwise. This means you are NOT eligible for a student discount if you already are in an academic position and working on a phd or a second Master's degree! |

Cancellation Policy
Notification of a cancellation must be made by email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). If notification is received before March 31st, 2026, IATSO will refund 75% of the paid amount. No refunds will be given if notification is received after March 31st, 2026. As an alternative to cancellation, the conference ticket can be transferred to another person by notifying IATSO as soon as possible.
