Being a full time student means that your main job is studying and you either do not work or you work primarily to afford your living as a student. IATSO offers student discounts in order to make it possible for students to attend the conference they would not or hardly be able to afford otherwise. This means you are NOT eligible for a student discount if you already are in an academic position and working on a phd or a second Master's degree! Cancellation Policy
Notification of a cancellation must be made in writing by mail, fax or email to the IATSO Office. If notification is received before May 31st, 2023, IATSO will refund 75% of the paid amount. The date of the postmark/email will be used as basis for considering refunds. No refunds will be given if notification is received after May 31st, 2023. As an alternative to cancellation, the conference ticket can be transferred to another person by notifying IATSO as soon as possible.

Accommodations
IATSO is not in charge of your accommodation and accommodation is not included in the conference fee. However, on-site participants get a discount when booking a room at the conference hotel (Scandic Nidelven Trondheim). You will receive a booking code upon your registration.

Conference Dinner
The conference dinner will take place at the Scandic Nidelven in Trondheim on Thursday, August 31st, 2023. The conference fee includes the costs of the conference dinner (long drinks, cocktails, and liquors are not included).
