Your IATSO membership fees for 2024 and 2025 have to be paid in full in order to register at the discounted rate. If you became a IATSO member in 2025, it is required to pay the membership fee for 2025 and 2026 in order to get the disounted rate.
ATSA members have to send proof of their current membership before registering.

Being a full time student means that your main job is studying and you either do not work or you work primarily to afford your living as a student. IATSO offers student discounts in order to make it possible for students to attend the conference they would not or hardly be able to afford otherwise. This means you are NOT eligible for a student discount if you already are in an academic position and working on a phd or a second Master's degree!

Fees for on-site participants include:
  • Entrance to scientific sessions
  • Access to the 2PS workshop on August 26th, 2025
  • Access to pre-conference workshops for an additional fee (EUR 30)
  • Entrance to scientific sessions of the main hall (NOTE THAT ONLY THE MAIN HALL WILL BE LIVE-STREAMED!)
  • Access to the virtual conference platform (NOTE THAT NOT ALL THE PARALLEL SESSIONS WILL BE RECORDED!)
  • Refreshments and snacks during breaks
  • Conference dinner

 

Please note: It is not possible to book one conference day alone. It is required to purchase the full conference pass. You are being automatically assigned to the price categories "Non-Members" and "IATSO Members". For the discounted rates for "ATSA Members", "Student" and "Resident of a developing country", please contact us first.

Cancellation Policy

Notification of a cancellation must be made in writing by mail or email to the IATSO Office. If notification is received before May 31st, 2025, IATSO will refund 75% of the paid amount. The date of the postmark/email will be used as basis for considering refunds. No refunds will be given if notification is received after May 31st, 2025. As an alternative to cancellation, the conference ticket can be transferred to another person by notifying IATSO as soon as possible.

Accommodations

IATSO is not in charge of your accommodation and accommodation is not included in the conference fee. It is recommended to book your room as early as possible.

Conference Dinner

The conference dinner will take place at the Brovaria in Poznań on Thursday, August 28th, 2025. The conference fee includes the costs of the conference dinner (excluding alcoholic beverages).

 

 

 

 

Registration for the VIRTUAL 18th IATSO Conference in Poznań, Poland
August 27th – August 29th, 2025


Note that, in contrast to our previous conferences, only the sessions of the main hall - this includes every keynote - will be live-streamed. The sessions of the main hall and some - but not all - of the other parallel sessions will also be recorded and stored in our video gallery. They will be accessible for 3 months (until December 1st, 2025) to all registered participants of the 18th IATSO conference 2025. This means that virtual participants only have access to the sessoins of the main hall during the conference. After the conference, they have access to all the recorded sessions. 
Neither the 2 PS Workshop nor the pre-conference workshops will be live-streamed or recorded. Therefore, for virtual participants, the conference starts at 1:00 PM on August 27th with the opening ceremony.
